Delivery times shown are based on normal business volume.
Orders are shipped only on business days: Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays.
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 business days.
Expedited shipping cutoff is 2 PM PST
We cannot offer expedited / next-day air services if you are shipping to a PO Box.

When an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email - this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
If you do not receive an email within 5 business days of placing your order, first check your spam / junk folder. If you still do not have an email, contact us at thedirtypirate25@gmail.com.
